N.R. Shiju

Dr. N.R. Shiju is Assistant Professor at the Heterogeneous Catalysis and Sustainable Chemistry, Van 't Hoff Institute of Molecular Sciences, University of Amsterdam. He received his PhD in Heterogeneous Catalysis from National Chemical Laboratory, Pune, India. He worked as a Research associate at Davy Faraday Research Laboratory (The Royal Institution of Great Britain, London), and at the University of Cincinnati in Ohio, and at the University of Huddersfield. He has recently been awarded funding in the European research project CAPITA (Catalytic Processes for Innovative Technology Application) for developing a catalytic reactor for producing Green Methanol using CO2 as feedstock.
